Learning & Development
The Cloud Training Academy runs a structured programme using a variety of learning techniques to ensure everyone is given the time, training and support needed in order to become a genuine specialist within their area of specialisation. These sessions use a combination of experiential, social and formal learning to enable you to reach your goals as quickly as possible.
Progression is a key motivator for most recruiters.
