We are looking for ambitious and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Recruitment Consultant. There are multiple positions available.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will support our teams in researching and sourcing candidates for the vacancies that we work on for our clients. You will be supported by your Line Manager in finding the right skills and learning about the markets that our clients work in. You will also work on Business Development, qualifying sales leads, following up on enquiries and building your network.
We are a specialist IT recruitment agency, working in niche SAP and Identity and Access Management markets across Europe and the US - if you don’t know what that means, don’t worry! We offer training at our award-winning Cloud Academy where you will learn everything you need to be a successful recruiter, plus industry-specific knowledge that will help you build your network.
