Why have we Commissioned this Survey?
Our IAM salary survey is two-fold.
Firstly, we would like to help companies adapt their salary packages accordingly to attract and retain the right talent. The lack of a ‘Competitive Salary’ is a key factor in crucial positions remaining unfilled across the industry. Equally, getting a ‘Fair Deal’ is one of the top reasons staff leave organisations. The Salary Survey will provide the insight organisations need to avoid these pitfalls. We hope this will allow companies to attract Talent and generate better employee satisfaction leading to lower staff turnover.
Secondly, we would like to empower IAM professionals at all levels to take ownership of their personal development based on the salary they aspire to own. By providing an insight into what various skills are worth, the IAM Salary Survey will allow our network to focus on skills they know will lead to the next step in their careers. It will also ensure that no one in the market is being underpaid for the level of experience they have.
Ultimately, the Cloud International IAM Salary Survey 2018 will be an impartial tool to give employers and employees a breakdown of how packages across the IAM space are structured. This insight should prove invaluable when navigating the world of IAM Staffing. It will also prompt further research into a growing and demanding IAM labour market.
