We are now looking for experienced NetIQ Support Engineers with experience across the full support life-cycle. You will be serving our growing customer base within the NetIQ IDM product suite, and managing all of their Support needs
We are looking for a driven individual with at least five year's practical experience in delivering solution based support across the Identity & Access Management space.
Do you have active experience across Customer or Internal Support from 2nd to 4th line defence protocols within the following;
NetIQ Identity Manager
NetIQ Access Manager
This opportunity, in the long term could give you access to training and Experience across different Identity Vendor suites, across Privileged Access Management and Identity Governance.
