Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in a deployment role in an IAM project.
- Systems integration and application development experience.
- Able to develop a framework to onboard SailPoint Identity IQ.
- Able to configure and implement SailPoint IIQ Management Solutions.
- SailPoint IIQ Development experience.
- Experience in Identity Governance.
- Experience installing software on Windows and UNIX/Linux platforms.
- Experience with directories (LDAP, AD).
- Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) including role mining and modeling methods.
- Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (Sun, Oracle, IBM, RSA).
- Experience with databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and web and application servers.
- Working knowledge of IAM solutions from vendors such as RSA, SailPoint, IBM, and Oracle.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers to understand integration requirements and to explain solution approaches.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC): requirements, implementation, testing, release, and maintenance.
Desired Technical Skills and Experience
- At least 3-year consulting experience.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Certification in products such as Identity IQ and Identity Now is highly desirable.
- Certification on SailPoint is good to have.
- Certification in Role-Based Access control is highly desirable.
- Minimum 3 years of Java development experience.
- Experience with client-server Java development including Servlets, JSPs, and JSF.
- Exposure to web development with a good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX technologies.
- Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements including creating use case definitions, functional specifications, and detailed design specifications.
