SAP BI BW Analyst, End User, Cleveland, Ohio. My client a well known organisation are looking for a SAP BI BW Analyst to join their team, ideally they are looking for someone extensive SAP BI BW experience up to the latest version.

Candidates should have the following experience:

The Senior SAP Business Intelligence Analyst will design, implement, deploy, and support SAP BI solutions for end-to-end analytics utilizing tools including SAP BW, SAP Business Objects and other related BI tools. This role may require extending beyond SAP technologies to acquire source data, as well as tackle business opportunities as business solutions demand, including with non-SAP solutions. This position offers high visibility and a real opportunity to drive value for the corporation in with multifaceted areas of responsibility in an exciting, dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

*First and foremost, this is a hands-on technical role, you'll be working hands-on on with all SAP BW components and delivering systems solutions. To be successful, you'll be results and delivery focused.
*Ensure BW, BOBJ, and potentially other systems are maintained at appropriate version and service pack levels.
*Work with IT and Business users to formulate key reporting and analytics requirements, designs and test plans, and execute upon them.
*Create custom modern dashboards using Design Studio and Lumira Designer.
*Manage Universes in Business Objects and administer security on user groups.
*Create data models for reporting and visualization.
*Designing, developing and managing ETL processes
*Troubleshoot data flows on BW 3.X to 7.X
*Address data load failures or other technical issues impacting system functionality and performance
*Identify and implement continuous improvement related to load sequence or other opportunities within the environment
*Analyze, assess impact, and provide a path forward for SAP and other application releases or updates that may impact reporting solutions
*Proactive identification, escalation, and resolution of issues.
*Maintain data quality and be able to perform data reconciliation with source systems effectively.
*Work with and train end users on system functionality, enable them to become self-sufficient as much as possible.
*Learn, ascertain applicability, and apply your knowledge to GLC with new products in the Business Intelligence space.

Required Education And Experience

*Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field from an accredited institution.
*Experience with Data warehousing concepts and SAP functional domains.
*Minimum of 4 years IT experience in a corporate environment supporting SAP BW projects.
*Experience with WEBI, Analysis Office, Query Designer, and ABAP.
*Experience with SAP BW ABAP and Business Objects spectrum of tools.
*Experience in creating ADSO's, Composite providers, and Eclipse modelling tool.
*Experience in Dataflow migration and Workbook conversion to AO
*Dashboard skills. Experience in Design Studio/Lumira Designer
*Understanding of software development approaches including Agile.
*Working comprehension of all SAP ECC modules - in the context of data structures, and extraction of data from these modules for reporting purposes.
Preferred Education And Experience

*Exposure to native SQL/Python.
*SAP BW full lifecycle implementations.
*BW Certification.
*Experience with Shop Floor Systems reporting, IoT, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or other prevailing technologies and concepts related to manufacturing and automation.
*MS SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS.
*HANA exposure and knowledge.
*SAP Business Objects administration.
*Exposure to Data Science statistical models.
*Exposure to SAP Cloud Platform, Data Intelligence and SAC is preferred.
*Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with other cross-functional teams effectively.
