SAP FICO S4 Support, Full Time, Direct Client, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. My client an organisation who have just implemented S4 Hana across their business are looking for a SAP FICO S4 Analyst to come and join their team. Ideally they are looking for candidates to have experience with S4 Hana, 1st line support, enhancements and end user training.

I am unable to transfer or sponsor for this position and no 3rd parties please.

Candidates should have the following experience:

Responsibilities:
The position incumbent will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, evaluating and configuring system, creating and testing workflows, and providing end-user training. In additional to the following duties;
*Providing first-line support for SAP FI CO issues arising from business systems (SAP S4 Hana and Finance.).
*Performs requirements gathering and documentation with clients, internal users, and third-party vendors for systems development, enhancements, and process improvements.
*Develop and clearly document functional business specifications for new projects.
*Work with business partners to identify systems and process solutions that will enable new business opportunities.
*Lead and develop Testing plans, coordinate testing, and document test results of new systems functionality and processes.
*Develop dashboards to support executive reporting and analytical processing.
*Summarize large and complex datasets and perform advanced analytics.
*Coordination and communication with finance personnel.
*Participate in system enhancements, including requirements gathering and documentation, functional design documentation, configuration setup, testing and training.
*Document Standard Operating Procedures and Policies to drive efficiency and accuracy.
*Act as information organizer for Finance IT i.e. Business Processes, Projects documentation, Specifications, Configuration documents, testing documentation etc.

Qualifications

*3-5 years of experience successfully managing and developing technical resources.
*Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager
*Deep understanding of the SAP FICO
*Proficient in MS Office Suite and working with large data files.
*Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting.
*Outstanding time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
*Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to use creative thinking to propose and implement solutions that address business challenges.
*Must be able to operate with a sense of urgency, quickly adapt to change and remain flexible.
*Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
*Ability to operate with discretion when dealing with confidential information.
