There are four potential openings and the challenge for each department in Year One is the same. You will personally contribute sales while the team develops and have a £135K target to hit on your own desk in year One. In addition you will have a £140K budget to spend on Salaries to grow your team to at least four heads by the close of the year. The 'Special Forces' team you build will be experts in one vertical, be quality 360 recruiters building and developing client networks and candidate pools, and operate in a high performance culture that you will be the custodian of. As their Recruitment Manager you will oversee the day to day running of the business, make your own appointments, drive activity and show the rest of the business what good looks like.
From Year Two you will present your own Business Plan to the Executive Board for sign off. Providing you have delivered on Year One of your project this should not be difficult to secure. Bonuses, EMI options and promotion to the Executive Board will then be down to delivery on your plan.

If you are successful with an application you will become part of the Senior Management Team, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and responsible for your team budget.
The skill-set required for this position is the same as any Sales Leadership position at a Recruitment Agency. Essentially you will be an excellent Recruiter, excel in negotiations and be used to working in an agency environment that operate to high margins. Your sales numbers will do the talking for you in the Interview.
But there are a lot of skilled Recruiters and plenty of good Billers. It is your personality and determination that will secure you the position and make sure you succeed. You are driven, take pride in everything you do, but are never fully satisfied with your success. You are someone a team of quality Recruiters is going to buy into as a leader. You are going to be able to adapt your style and approach to each member to coach, mentor and develop them into your future second Management Tier.
