Required Experience: WorkForce Systems (preferred partner of SAP SuccessFactors), Time and Leaves Management
Responsibilities:
- Utilize deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and WorkForce Systems to design and implement effective time and leaves management solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop comprehensive time management strategies.
- Configure and customize the WorkForce Systems (third-party time management system) to align with business needs and integrate seamlessly with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Perform system testing and ensure the accuracy and reliability of time management processes.
- Provide guidance and support to the project team, including training and documentation.
