Main Purpose of Job
* To promote and uphold the company values, vision, and processes at all times.
* Create relationships with Clients/candidates
* To achieve all KPI and activity goals

Main responsibility
Business Generation
* Undertake Business Development calls and meetings to develop relationships to generate vacancies,
new candidates and business opportunities
* Explore all potential business opportunities
* Grow, develop and maintain a niche database of candidates and clients from all sources
* Book and attend Client Meetings
* Book and attend Candidate meetings
* Develop a deep understanding of your niche market
* Understand Cloud International USPs / Structure of Company/brand to best sell yourself

Sourcing Candidates
* Effective use of our CRM, LinkedIn, and 3rd party resume databases for all vacancies
* Gaining referrals from existing candidates
* Headhunting in niche markets
* Networking with relevant candidates within your marketplace
* Regenerating candidates from all relevant sources
* Code and add comments as required for all candidates
* Write quality and legal internet adverts for all new vacancies and post them online to all relevant job sites
* Take all ad responses relevant to your market
* Qualify all candidates using the relevant qualification process
* Gain degrees of exclusivity for all priority candidates
* Sell all relevant opportunities to candidates

Managing the Vacancy
* Qualify for the vacancy and gain commitment / fill ability score
* Agreement in writing (email) rules of engagement with your client
* Qualify the candidate/s for role/s
* Prepare Resume Cover sheet and format Resumes to the appropriate standards
* Market all suitable candidates to relevant live vacancies and potential opportunities
* Manage the interview and offer process
* Maintain control after the placement with both the client and the candidate
* Conduct post-placement review with all parties

Skills and Attributes Required

MUST HAVE 2-3 years Identity Access Management/Cyber Security Recruitment Experience
